1. The copyright of monkeysjumpclearkayak.com is legally registered and authorized exclusively for use on www.monkeysjumpclearkayak.com
2. Cancellation Policy: In case of bad weather, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. / If the trip has partially commenced, 40% will be refunded. / Full refund (100%) will be issued for cancellations before the trip with no services used. / Other cancellations are non-refundable but allow rescheduling of the trip.
3. Once your booking is completed, confirmation details will be sent to your email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at monkeysjumpclearkayak@gmail.com or call 095-216-4333.
4. Check-in: Customers must check in at Railay office at 16:40.
5. All tour programs include applicable service charges. No additional fees will be collected on-site.
6. I hereby certify that the payment proof provided is genuine and unaltered. In the event that forged documents are discovered, I agree to accept full legal responsibility.
7. Customers are responsible for verifying that travel dates, times, destinations, name, email, and phone number are correct before making payment.
